My experience so far has been great. I am 43 and have tried since middle school to lose weight and nothing has worked. So far, I am consistently losing weight each week. It is not a way to lose weight quickly. You will lose at a safe rate and, when you reach your goal weight, you will have a foundation of knowledge that will enable you to maintain your new weight long-term. I now have a completely different relationship with food. I now eat to nourish my body, not to feed my cravings.

                        I now have a completely different relationship with food.  I now eat to nourish my body, not to feed my cravings.  I look forward every week to my meeting with my nutrition coach. 
                        The coaches are amazing and are behind you 100%. They are the cheerleaders that we all need as we go through a weight loss journey. Even better because I am learning habits and knowledge that I can share with my daughter.
